Below is the calendar for all boot camp classes. Sessions usually run for 4 weeks with a rest/recovery week scheduled every few months. Coolee Region Boot Camps is still a monthly program. You will receive nutritional information and exercise programs for your “off weeks”.

Session 11 (4 weeks) – Monday October 27th – Saturday November 22nd
