I was a little bit in doubt about taking the class, I can say that from the first class I saw results. Lots of “delicious” pain though, that I couldn’t move in two days and made me think about quitting right away, but then I said: if you see results from the beginning, what a great way to motivate yourself to keep it up, even when I had to get up at 5 in the morning :S
I just can say “MISSION ACCOMPLISHED” and I want to THANK YOU Anthony, you are such a great trainer and you DO really care about your clients and of course, thank you for sharing such great routines of exercise (even when they were extreme sometimes hihihi!!!) and the 21 day diet plan and all the whole bunch of recipes (I’ve learned how to eat better too )
I’ll highly recommend your class and for sure, you will hear from me again because I wanna do it sometime again.

Mother of two uses Coulee Region Boot Camp to prepare for Triathlon
I was intimidated about starting bootcamp, but decided it was just the life change that I needed. I had a baby 6 months before and knew I needed to include exercise into my daily life again. After speaking to Anthony on the phone, I felt like it would be a comfortable place to be outside of my comfort zone and it was. I felt like the program was the best workout that I’ve ever gotten and it was a 45 minute time commitment. I felt the Anthony continually modified the exercises based on our fitness level. It was always fun and exciting. It was challenging, but I felt strong and powerful. I am so proud of myself for being a part of the bootcamp program. It has changed my perspective on exercise, strength and fitness because: I never thought I’d enjoy exercise, I never thought I’d get up for a 5:30am class and I used to be someone who lacked upper arm strength.
I loved the classes. Our time seemed to be over quickly because it was fast paced, and just when I thought I couldn’t do the exercise any longer- it changed and I was on to the next. The home workout plan was very helpful because I could continue with my progress on days we did not have class. I loved the variety offered and the fact that I could do the exercises anywhere, even on vacation in a hotel room. The meal plans offered were very helpful because there were 2 options and they laid out exactly what to eat.
I am wearing clothes that are a size smaller and my workout clothes are baggy. I was able to greatly increase the number of pushups that I was able to do. I developed core strength. I had less back pain after participating in bootcamp. I felt like it involved a great amount of stretching, warm up and cool down.
Bootcamp was easy to incorporate into my life. After the first class, I was hooked. I knew that my life was going to change. I actually enjoyed the exercise! I carved out the morning time as the time to focus on myself, which has helped all of the areas of my life. I am a mother of 2 children and I feel like the 45 minutes a day for the exercise program was perfect. It was an intense workout that I could complete anywhere and I had a fantastic trainer. I am now running 4 days a week, which I haven’t done in 10+ years, if ever. I am running farther than I ever have before, almost 6mi. I believe bootcamp gave me the endurance and mental strength to start running a 2 mile distance, without really feeling challenged. I am forever grateful to Anthony and Coulee Region Bootcamp.

For me Boot Camp served as a crucial and hard turning point in life, which is to get back into shape and change unhealthy eating habits. On different occasions I would decide to get into shape and work out hard for a couple day’s and then go back to not working out and fall back into bad habits. Boot camp was awesome in the way it was scheduled times that I committed to working out and had others to work out with. I also believe Boot Camp style workouts could work into my weakly, monthly, and yearly workout routine.
I thought the workouts were excellent because of the diversity in the exercises, however working all the important parts of your body. It’s very boring working out to the same routine and Anthony did an excellent job making the workout routines different and enjoyable. The meal plan was absolutely awesome some of the meals were off the charts tasty and passed on to friends.
During the 21 day’s I lost close to 10 lbs and exactly 8 inches overall. Also, I have more energy on a daily basis and have changed eating habits.
After the first grueling week everything fell into place nicely. After you work your ace off for a week the last thing you want to do is eat un-healthy and have that second week feel like the first all over again. I did work out continuously throughout the week and challenged my self to be able to complete every exercise during the boot camp at a high intensity level.
Thank you Anthony for your helping me get back into shape. Honestly it was a year in the making, but after the boot camp I’m staying in gear and hope I can continue.
